2. Categories of data & sources

We process the following categories of data: identification, contact and address data; user account data; order data (including payment identifiers); logistics data (tracking numbers, delivery statuses); declarations and consents (acceptance of terms); technical logs (IP address, device identifiers, timestamps); data from cookies and SDKs.

Data is collected directly from the Customer, from payment systems, from carriers, and from the Customer's device (via cookies and SDKs).

  • Performance of a contract (registration, order processing, payments, deliveries, returns, complaints) – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, tax settlements, OSS procedure, archiving, product safety, cooperation with authorities) – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
  • Age verification, fraud prevention, assertion of legal claims – Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR.
  • Communications relating to public-law obligations as part of order fulfilment – Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
  • Analytics and personalisation – based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) or the controller's legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) GDPR.
  • Service maintenance and security (logs, fraud prevention, testing) – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Recipients of data

Data may be transferred to: payment service providers, logistics operators and carriers, hosting and IT service providers, CRM/CS systems, accounting firms, law firms, analytics tool providers, and competent public authorities where required by law (including tax and customs authorities).

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

Where our service providers are located outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate legal bases for the transfer (including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) and apply adequate security measures. A copy of the safeguards can be obtained by contacting us.

6. Data retention periods

  • Account data and purchase history – for the duration of the account, and thereafter for the period required by accounting regulations and the statute of limitations for claims.
  • Tax data and OSS-related records – in accordance with applicable regulations (generally 10 years from the end of the tax year).

7. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal). You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office or the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

8. Automated decision-making & profiling

We do not make decisions producing legal effects based solely on automated processing. We may use profiling for analytics and offer personalisation purposes; you have the right to object at any time.

9. Cookies & similar technologies

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies (e.g. local storage) to provide functionality and analyse traffic.

We use a consent management mechanism (cookie banner) that allows you to choose categories: Necessary, Analytics. Settings can be changed in the site footer.

Cookie data may be linked to your account after login – solely on the basis of the consents you have granted.

10. Security & breach notification

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption, access control, pseudonymisation, security testing). In the event of a personal data breach we act in accordance with GDPR requirements; where a high risk exists, we notify the affected individuals.
